Agreement to Terms

By booking an inspection with TrueNorth Property Inspection ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide residential and commercial property inspections including home inspections, four-point, wind mitigation, new construction, and related services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance
24-hour notice required for rescheduling or cancellation
Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the inspection price
No-shows may be charged the full inspection fee
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled without penalty

Payment

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged
We accept major cards (via Stripe), cash, and checks
Invoices/receipts are provided electronically

Inspection Scope & Limitations

Inspections are visual, non-invasive examinations of accessible areas
We do not move personal items or open concealed spaces
Inspections are not technically exhaustive or code compliance certifications
No guarantee or warranty is provided regarding future condition
Cost estimates for repairs are not included

Reports

Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours by email
Reports include findings and recommendations based on observed conditions
We provide follow-up clarification as needed

Client Responsibilities

Ensure all utilities are on and areas are accessible
Provide accurate property details and access information
Have an adult (18+) available for access if required

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue shall be in Hillsborough County, Florida.
